One floor through the whole main level.
Luxury vinyl plank holds up to kids, pets and spilled drinks, and it can run straight from the kitchen through the living room and down the hall without a break. That is how most of our floor jobs go.
Old flooring comes up, the subfloor gets checked and leveled where it needs it, and the plank goes down tight with clean cuts at doors, cabinets and closets. Baseboards and trim go back on so the room looks finished, not just floored.
Furniture moves are part of the plan, and the old flooring leaves with us.
- Old flooring removal
- Subfloor prep
- Plank installation
- Baseboards and trim
- Transitions at doors
- Kitchens, baths, halls and living rooms

Can LVP go in a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. It handles water much better than wood or laminate, which is why most of our kitchen and bath jobs use it.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes. Old carpet, vinyl or laminate comes up and leaves with us.
Do you put the trim back?
Yes. Baseboards and transitions are finished as part of the job.
